3. Nature of Our Services
Winadda operates as an informational and promotional platform, not as a betting, gaming, or money-handling entity.
We do not hold, process, or manage user funds.
Any reference to payments, deposits, or withdrawals on external platforms (like partner gaming or affiliate sites) must be governed by those respective sites’ refund and withdrawal policies.
Winadda’s direct services — such as digital marketing campaigns, affiliate onboarding, or sponsored placements — are non-refundable once delivered or initiated, except under special circumstances outlined below.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed only under verified and valid circumstances, including:
Duplicate transactions due to system or technical error.
Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions reported within 48 hours.
Payment made but service not delivered within the committed time frame.
Cancellation of a pre-paid promotional plan before initiation.
Refunds are not eligible for:
Services already delivered or executed.
User dissatisfaction after completion.
Misuse or misunderstanding of the platform’s purpose.
External partner or third-party actions (including affiliates or advertisers).
5. Refund Request Procedure
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
Step 1:
Send an email to billing@winadda.com or support@winadda.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Transaction ID]”.
Step 2:
Include the following details:
Full Name and Registered Email ID
Transaction ID and Date of Payment
Screenshot or Proof of Transaction
Reason for Refund Request
Step 3:
Once received, our Finance & Compliance Team will review your case.
A confirmation email will be sent within 72 hours, acknowledging receipt.
6. Processing Timeline
Refund requests are processed within 7 to 15 business days from the date of acknowledgment.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
If the payment was made via third-party gateway, processing time may depend on their banking cycle.
Winadda is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or third-party intermediaries.
7. Chargeback Policy
To prevent misuse and maintain transparency:
Users are encouraged to contact Winadda Support before raising a chargeback with their bank or payment provider.
Unfounded or malicious chargeback claims may lead to account suspension or blacklisting from future partnerships.
If a chargeback is raised without prior notification, Winadda reserves the right to provide documented evidence to the payment processor.
8. Cancellations
Users may cancel service requests within 24 hours of payment confirmation, provided no work has begun.
Once service delivery or campaign setup is initiated, the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.
9. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your refund request:
You may file an appeal with our Grievance Officer at grievance@winadda.com.
Include your complaint ID, refund case details, and additional evidence if available.
The review will be conducted within 7 business days, and a final written resolution will be issued.
If the issue remains unresolved, it will be escalated to the Legal & Compliance Department in accordance with applicable laws.
10. Third-Party Payments
If your transaction was made on or through a third-party partner, affiliate, or sponsor site, you must contact that platform directly for refund or chargeback requests.
Winadda does not hold responsibility for:
Payment gateway malfunctions on partner websites.
Refund delays or denials from affiliates or advertisers.
Misrepresentation or false claims by third-party agents.
11. Force Majeure
Winadda shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or non-delivery of services caused by circumstances beyond its control, including:
Natural disasters, technical failures, or cyber incidents.
Governmental restrictions or regulatory actions.
System outages or third-party API interruptions.
