This Content Moderation Policy explains how Winadda reviews, filters, and manages all user-submitted content (such as comments or messages) to ensure compliance with global standards of safety, legality, and fairness.
Our goal is to maintain a respectful, informative, and safe environment for all visitors.
2. Moderation Principles
We follow four fundamental moderation values:
Fairness: Equal treatment for all users.
Transparency: Clear reasoning behind every moderation decision.
Accountability: Documented processes for review and appeal.

3. Moderation Process
All user-generated content is evaluated based on the following criteria:

Respect for intellectual property and copyrights.
Moderation may occur through a mix of automated filters and manual review by trained moderators.
4. Types of Moderation Actions

5. Content Not Permitted

Violations may result in suspension or permanent restriction.
6. Reporting Inappropriate Content
Users may report objectionable content by emailing compliance@winadda.com or via WhatsApp at https://wa.link/winra.
Reports are reviewed within 48 hours, and necessary action is taken promptly.
7. Appeals
If you believe content was wrongly removed, submit an appeal with:
The URL of the content
Date of removal
Explanation of why it should be reinstated
Appeals are reviewed within 5–7 working days by the Compliance Team.
